The St. Pierre ‘Cocktale’ is complex, balanced, and flavorsome; a drink that tells a story as layered as Pierre Toussaint himself.
Built with premium Haitian Clairin rum and Irish whiskey, it’s lifted with the herbal intrigue of Yellow Chartreuse and Benedictine, brightened by fresh cilantro, and rounded out with orange bitters.
